Why didn't we send you an email?
Maybe we did...
If you were expecting an email from us and haven't received it yet, there
are several possible reasons.
-
There may have been a typo in the email you gave us.
Since a single
character error will prevent delivery and we have no way of guessing
the correct address, we can't get the message to you.
-
Your email account may be over quota or have some other difficulty.
It is not unusual for a Mail Transfer Agent to tell us about a problem
that prevents us from delivering the message.
-
Your email account may think we're a "spam" source.
Some spam filters use "Realtime Blackhole Lists" or some other
reference to decide if an email
is from a spam source. Unfortunately, there are multiple lists and
they don't all apply the same rigor to submissions. For some blacklists,
if any domain at an ISP is accused of spamming, the blacklist
will label all IP addresses at the same ISP as possible spam sources. We
believe that we have suffered that fate at times.
If you haven't received any expected email from us, check to see if
you have any spam filters on. You may want to change options from
"discard" to "flag" to see if you receive any future messages from us.
-
We haven't sent you that email yet!
For example, if you're waiting for the "tell me when you're open" email,
those emails are just starting to go out.
If you think there's some other problem, feel free to
contact us.
